Ces photographies ont été réalisées par ma sœur @lau.bretzs il y a plusieurs années. À l’époque, je traversais une période où mon regard sur moi-même était particulièrement critique. En les redécouvrant aujourd’hui, je suis touchée par ce qu’elle a su percevoir et capturer 🥹
Là où je voyais des imperfections, elle voyait une présence, une lumière, une histoire. Ces images sont des archives précieuses. Elles témoignent autant d’un moment de ma vie que du regard bienveillant porté sur moi par une personne qui me connaissait profondément. Qui dit la vérité ?
Le regard que nous portons sur nous-mêmes ou celui de ceux qui nous aiment ?

Last time, I shared what inspired me.
This time, I’m sharing what it inspired me to create.
Watching led to writing. Absorbing became creating.

Not everything we see needs to make sense, but everything can make us think (slide11)

Somewhere along the way (last slide) a small message reminded me: “What your mind can imagine and believe, it can achieve.” 😮‍💨

These #substack pieces grew from that quiet shift, words shaped by reflection, belief, and slow movement 🌱
