Hi Friends,
I wanted to pop on and tell you all about my long-time friend Rachel Riggs's cookbook which is now available for pre-order everywhere books are sold. These days most of us are trying to clean up our diets, eat more nutrient dense foods and some of us even have ingredients we need to avoid. Even if we don't we know people who have food intolerances and cooking can be a daunting task. Rachel's book is chock full of beautiful California style cuisine that just happens to omit gluten, grain, dairy and refined sugar. You won't notice anything is missing because it's just beautiful, vibrant easy to prepare food. The book has been beautifully photographed and has an endorsement from Jason Mraz who Rachel has cooked for. The forward is written by Dr. Terry Wahls who is well known for her research on the benefits of a paleo diet. If you pre-order the book now you are guaranteed the lowest price and will not be charged until the book ships.
If you have questions feel free to leave the here and I'm sure Rachel will be happy to tell you more.
I hope you will give this gorgeous resource a look as Rachel has devoted nearly a decade of work to produce this beautiful and meaningful book.
Congratulations Rachel @ In Good Health: cookbook club
