Change of pace with a pair (or THE pair?) of hill climbs yesterday. Made some big gains on his times last year at the Catford and BEC hill climbs, nearly identical times on both at 3.04 and 3.03. Really strong climbs on both, had to dig deep on the second one but great effort from Floyd. Almost the very definition of suffer and enjoy! Amazing atmosphere at both, well done to all who attempted it. by @4tpluscyclopark

Round 3 of @london_and_se_cross_league at Crystal Palace. Loved the course and had his best race yet for @4tpluscyclopark in a strong field. Powered away at the start, got a good gap on the pack behind him and kept a good pace. As with every race lots to learn from but plenty to be positive about. by @4tpluscyclopark
