Grief has many stages and being back in the Philippines has reminded me of that.

My grandpa passed, hence why I've been back in the Philippines. And it reminded me of the journey of grief & my journey with my dad's passing.

Grief doesn't follow stages or a timeline. It doesn't really leave, it just changes shape. Holding both of them close this week.🤍
