Hi, I’m Cait 👋

I’m not here to give you another set of rules for how you’re supposed to live your life.

I’m much more interested in questions like:

What actually works for you?

What do you genuinely want?

What have you been doing because you thought you should?

And what might change if you stopped treating the way you naturally operate like something that needs to be fixed?

I use Human Design, Tarot, Reiki, and a whole lot of experimentation and curiosity to help people explore those questions—and build lives that actually reflect who they are.

Around here, I talk about all of that, plus witchy shit, self-trust, the things I’m experimenting with in my own life, occasional rants, shiny rocks, and probably my dog.

Apparently my idea of winding down involves my brain getting excited about 47 new things to investigate. 😂

I'm not someone who usually does cord cuttings, but I decided a couple of months ago to try a series of them around each new moon to start shedding some of the heavy, limiting patterns and habits I have.

This is the result of the second one...😱

So, did I clear all that heavy energy or did it dig in and fight back?!

Healing isn't always obvious and those unexpected signs are some of the best indicators.

I do and don't love horror movies. I love the imagination and the effects and ridiculous gore (in some cases), but funnily enough, I don't like being scared (like jump scares are the actual worst).

But I can tell that my healing work has paid off because I don't worry about it... mostly.

So don't give up. That work, that effort is paying off. Look for the weird little signs because I promise they're there.

And if you want some help getting pointed in the right direction (for you), drop a comment. That's what my work is all about: pinpointing the things that might seem insignificant, but will create the biggest impact in settling you back into who you are, in the best way possible.

I think it's time to redo my money bowl and today's the perfect day for it!

Not only is it the 1st of the month, but it also is Thursday (which has a great planetary correspondence with wealth)..

I removed all the damaged things (except for my hotel key from the most epic upgrade I've ever gotten-it's only a little melty) and added a few new items to remind myself of how much I actually do receive as well as to call in more.

I love a good “well, that tracks” moment. 😂

Thank you @kairos_astrology_maps_ for walking me through my astrocartography map and giving me another lens for looking at some of the places that have already played a big role in my life.

California was probably the most interesting to look back on. My professional life there always felt remarkably easy—I genuinely never worried much about whether I could get a job—while my home life growing up was incredibly unstable and contentious.

I didn’t need a map to tell me either of those things. But seeing both experiences reflected in the same place through very different parts of my chart was fascinating.

She also gave me a whole new list of places to explore…and informed me that the Big Island might be particularly good for promoting my business.

Obviously I take my professional responsibilities very seriously, so I guess Hawaiʻi it is. 😂🌺

One of my favorite things about these charms is that I never know exactly where they’re going when I start.

I use my pendulum to work through my apothecary of ~100 ingredients and intuitively select what belongs in this charm, for this person, with this intention.

Sometimes the choices make immediate sense to me. Sometimes I get something I absolutely would not have chosen myself and get to figure out why the hell we’re using it. 😂

And there are actually two ways I offer this work:
