So proud of myself
I just finished my 200-hour yoga teacher training🧘🏻‍♀️💗

I came here to escape my normal life, to spend more time with myself, and to explore what I was capable of.

But I ended up experiencing so many unexpected and unforgettable moments. I met yogi girls from all over the world, and somehow, we shared so many precious moments filled with love and care. We learned each other’s stories, shared our deepest secrets, laughed, cried, struggled, danced, practiced, and grew together.💛

And to my 103 girlssss Jennifer and Nadja, you two are truly my treasures from this journey. Love you girls foreverrrr 🥹

I’m so fucking lucky and grateful. I genuinely love all these beautiful souls!

This journey has been so special to me. For the first time in a long time, I feel so full and so blissed. And somehow, I feel like I can handle the emptiness that might come when this trip ends.

I’m actually excited to go home and share everything I’ve received and learned here or even just share some of this positive energy with the people around me🥹

I’m in love with this thirty-year-old me.

I’m grateful.
I’m weird.
I’m strong.
I’m loving.
I’m alive. 💗

I came here alone, but I’m leaving with so many beautiful memories, stories, and people.

我30歲了！！正式成年了？
這三十年來，不管是家人的愛、朋友的愛，還是我自己的愛，都是多到不行的愛！
希望未來也能繼續好好的愛，也好好的被愛著❤️‍🩹

(先補發一個學校系列？
2024 年底去圓了一個小時候的遊學夢
在那不到兩個月的時間，我真的過得很快樂，也很自由
尤其是在波士頓的那五週!

那是我第一次這麼喜歡自己
會覺得自己很棒、很無敵
好像想做什麼都可以做到

一直沒有發跟波士頓有關的文
因為太喜歡那段時間了
喜歡到不太想承認它已經結束

但現在發出來
也是想提醒自己
那種感覺其實沒有不見
它一直都在，我只需要持續創造、持續支持自己

The journey in Boston was probably my fav time in my life so far.
It was the first time I did something just for myself—
not overthinking, not worrying, just living in the moment.

I left everything behind
my dog (which is actually my mom’s),
and my cat (which used to be my brother’s),
and just went.

And for the first time,
I felt genuinely proud of myself and actually felt good about who I am.

For a while, I almost forgot that feeling,
but now I think I’m slowly getting it back.

Stay bold, stay curious, stay energetic, stay free—
