It’s been a few days since you left. To say I hurt would be an understatement. You don’t connect like we did on a regular basis, or even once in a life time. It was special. I still remember where I first saw you. On a random street. Actually, someone did a write up of you that I saw shortly prior to seeing you on the street. You wanted $250. Odd. But it all made sense and willingly picked you up. Over the years, tears would appear and cause worry. We worked hard at mending those issues and made sure to strengthen the areas that needed work. We traveled everywhere together and you were always there, ready and willing for any occasion. You stayed longer than you should have but now I wish I had worked harder on it so longer was still available. Sure you’ll never be replaced but I found you once again and I quickly paid the $250. I was pissed because that random sample sale on the street had you for the same price. Now you can’t be found. Here’s to the memories.
