Once I accepted fitness is a forever thing, everything changed.

No more quick fixes. No more quitting after a bad week. Just consistency, patience, and trusting the process.

It’s not a phase, it’s a lifestyle. Keep going! 💪🏾

Buy the ticket! Random nights end up being the best nights. Had the best time at the R&B Tour - HTown 🤟🏾 Chris Brown & Usher did it disappoint! Resting my voice today because I sang my heart out last night. #cbreezy #usherraymond #rnbtourhouston taken in Houston, Texas by @59_supernatural

Happy Heavenly Birthday to my brother, Adam. 🤍🕊️

September 19th will forever hold a place in my heart that’s difficult to put into words. You entered this world on September 19, 1984, and on that very same day 31 years later, September 19, 2015, you left it.

Today, I celebrate the life you lived, the memories you gave us, and the love that will always remain. No matter how many years pass, there are still moments when I wish I could hear your voice, see your smile, laugh with you, or simply have one more conversation with you.

I miss you more than words could ever express, Adam. I carry you with me every single day, but today, on your birthday, I feel your absence just a little bit more.

I hope Heaven is celebrating you BIG today. Happy Heavenly 42nd Birthday. I love you. I miss you. And I will carry you in my heart until we meet again. 🤍

Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever my brother. by @59_supernatural

Back on the mat. 🧘🏽‍♀️✨

Basketball season had my schedule packed, so yoga had to take a back seat for a while. I finally made it back to hot slow flow, and it felt like coming home.

Sometimes the best workout isn’t about pushing harder; it’s about slowing down, breathing deeper, and reconnecting with yourself. So excited to be back. 🤍

We had an unforgettable weekend in Duncanville for the GASO G1 Series Championships! 🏀❤️

To think… we weren’t even planning on playing AAU this summer. Looking back now, I’m so thankful Landon had the opportunity to be part of such an incredible team with amazing teammates and a phenomenal coach.

Watching him grow over these last few months has been such a blessing. I’ve seen his confidence, maturity, and love for the game reach new levels, and as his mom, that’s even more rewarding than the wins.

This team played with heart, trusted each other, and never stopped fighting. They earned every bit of this championship, and I couldn’t be more proud of all of them.

Congratulations to these young men and Coach on an amazing season! And to my Landon… I’m so proud of you. Keep working, keep trusting the process, keep growing, and keep chasing your dreams. I can’t wait to see what this next year has in store. ❤️🏆 #aaubasketball #aohoops #16ubasketball #g1series #g1championship by @59_supernatural

Happy Father’s Day to the best Father and Grandfather!

From day 1, you’ve been my biggest protector, loudest cheerleader, and safest place to land. You’ve loved me through every stage of life. Even the ones where I was convinced I knew everything and you were just the “mean old dad” trying to ruin my fun. 😂

Your wisdom, unconditional love, and steady presence have shaped my life in more ways than you’ll ever know. And getting to watch you be the most incredible Grand-Daddy to your Grand-Buddies is one of my greatest blessings. They get the same patient heart, quiet strength, and unwavering love that I’ve been lucky enough to have my whole life.

I love you more than words can say. Happy Father’s Day, Daddy! 💐🤍

Today, we celebrate YOU and all that you are. Cheers to 23 years of love, laughter, growth, and greatness, and to all the amazing things still ahead. I love you more than words can say.
