Received a special delivery from CJ, the mayor of @rockefellercenter. It took me a minute to get it open, but inside was the first hard copy of my very first cookbook.

No agenda. Just 200 chefs, a hot dog mic, and some honest opinions.

Asked everyone one question: what’s an ingredient you use but secretly hate?

Thanks to everyone who showed up! Looking forward to the next get together. taken in Five Acres NYC by @5acres_nyc

This burger means business 🍔🔥

The Mess Hall Burger is stacked with a juicy short rib patty, crisp lettuce, tomato, red onion, our signature Summer Sauce, and all tucked into a sesame seed bun.

NYC… WHIPPED URBAN DESSERT LAB IS BACK! 😭🍦🌱

I haven’t had @urbandessertlab since they left NYC, and honestly… there’s been a VOID in the vegan dessert scene ever since. So when I heard they were popping up at @5acres_nyc in Rockefeller Center, I HAD to pull up! 👀

I tried some flavors I hadn’t had before including Black Sesame Crunch, Strawberry Shortcake, and their matcha and 5 Acres even made me a couple of vegan friendly options from their menu.

Let’s just say… they understood the assignment. 🔥

I’ve supported Urban Dessert Lab for YEARS, so seeing them back in NYC even for a limited time hit different.

📍 5 Acres | Rockefeller Center
⏰ Pop up through September 27

NYC, we need them BACK back! 😭

👇🏾 What are you trying FIRST: Matcha, Strawberry Shortcake, Black Sesame Crunch or Cookies & Crème?
