The #MATWForever Tour has been nothing short of incredible. Every city has been a reminder that when GOD calls you, HE also keeps you.If I’m honest, this tour hasn’t been easy behind the scenes. We’ve had people make promises they never intended to keep. We’ve had doors close at the last minute. We’ve heard, “I’ll still take care of you,” or “We’ll make it right,” only for those words to never turn into action.It would be easy to become bitter. It would be easy to quit. But I’ve learned something: people may fail you, but GOD never will.In spite of every setback, GOD has moved powerfully at every single stop. We’ve watched people give their lives to CHRIST, believers encouraged, families prayed over, churches united, and lives forever changed. Every obstacle has only become another testimony that this has never been about us, it has always been about JESUS.We’ve got just 3 more dates left on this run, and we’re believing GOD is going to finish this tour stronger than we started it. If we’re coming to your city, come expecting. People say, “It’s just burgers.”Believers know… sometimes it’s divine appointments.Tonight after our Salt Lake City stop on MATW Forever Tour @5iveola , @plainjamesdw and I were about to drive another 10 minutes to a different burger spot because the other brothers wanted some different food so we all agreed to go to the other @innout instead. Looking back, it wasn’t “whatever reason”… it was the Lord directing our steps.“The heart of man plans his way, but the LORD establishes his steps.” — Proverbs 16:9As we’re waiting for our food (my first-ever In-N-Out experience… and let me tell y’all… it did NOT disappoint! 🔥🍔😂), the Lord connected us with an incredible couple @seananukwuem & his beautiful bride Jenna!Come to find out, we already knew many of the same brothers and sisters in Christ from another state! What are the odds? @apostlejamesalford & @keziaalford The world calls that coincidence.We call it the providence of God.We shared fellowship, encouragement, testimonies, and watched the Lord remind us once again that His family stretches far beyond state lines. The Body of Christ is beautiful.And here’s the part that made me smile…Even the three Bible verses printed on the cups and wrappers were exactly what we needed. God has a way of whispering through the smallest details when our hearts are paying attention.“A man’s steps are established by the LORD, when he delights in His way.” — Psalm 37:23“We know that for those who love God all things work together for good…” — Romans 8:28A burger became fellowship.A meal became ministry.A detour became a divine appointment.Never underestimate what God can do with a change of plans.(And yes… In-N-Out earned a convert. 😂🍔)May the Lord continue to order our steps—whether it’s to a church, a comedy club, or an In-N-Out Burger. Sometimes the Kingdom is waiting where you least expect it. 🙌🏽If that wasn’t enough to convince Christ Jesus is real and intentional! I’ve been on the road for a week and a day, living out the calling GOD has placed on my life. Today, while doing laundry at the Airbnb, this card literally fell out of my clothes. My wife put it in my suitcase before I left, and somehow I never saw it until now.The crazy part? It was exactly what I needed to read at exactly the right moment.People see the platform, the microphone, the preaching, the music, but they don’t always see the people who carry you in prayer when nobody else is watching.I am beyond blessed to have a wife who covers me. She reminds me that my family is the glue to this ministry, and because @tiffanydianejames is holding things down at home, I’m able to pour everything I have into the people GOD has called me to reach.If you ever want to know who a true Son of GOD is behind the scenes, ask his wife and his kids. They’ll tell you whether the man they see on the platform is the same man they see at home.Babe, thank you for believing in me, praying for me, speaking life into me, and pointing me back to JESUS when I need it most. Imagine calling somebody that I invited on tour to “warn them” about me, when the crazy part is, you were wishing I’d asked you to go. 😂If you’ve really got something on me, quit whispering behind closed doors. Put it out there. If it’s true, it won’t need your help spreading.Matter of fact, Google me. You’ll find years of ministry, years of preaching the Gospel, years of serving the Kingdom, prison ministry, outreaches, testimonies, and souls impacted by the grace of GOD. Not a life built on scandals and drama.The real deal HOLYfield. 🥊Some people are committed to tearing down workers in positions they wish they were in.The Word of GOD says, “Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven…” (Matthew 5:11–12, NKJV).It also says, “No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD…” (Isaiah 54:17, NKJV).And Paul wrote, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes…” (Romans 1:16, NKJV).So while you are comfortable trying to hate on me from your couch, (You know who you are!) we’ll be in the streets, the parks, the prisons, the churches, and wherever GOD opens a door, preaching JESUS and watching lives change.I don’t have time to chase rumors. I’m too busy chasing souls.The harvest is too great.The days are too short.The King is worthy.Pray for us or don’t.
