Good news... we’ve made it even easier to take part in 5 Miles With Smiles. 🙌 Your adventure doesn’t need to become a polished Reel. You can now share your 5 Miles With Smiles journey in whatever way feels right for you: 📸 A photo 🎥 A Reel or short video 🎨 A drawing ✍️ A poem Just include a short description telling us a little about your adventure. Where did you go? Who came with you? What made you smile? What happened along the way? The challenge itself stays beautifully simple. Travel five miles in a way that works for you. Walk it, wheel it, cycle it, run it, paddle it, scoot it or create your own adventure. Add something that brings a few smiles along the way, then share the story with us. You can enter by sharing your entry on social media and tagging @5MilesWithSmiles, or send it to us directly by email. And yes, every eligible entry still has the chance to win one of our brilliant prizes! Video, photo, poem or picture. We care far more about your adventure than how you capture it.
