A world beyond our own. Cities reclaimed by nature. Streets swallowed by vines. Graffiti becomes the last language of humanity. Rivers carve through forgotten skylines beneath an endless tropical sun. In this urban jungle, reptiles and ancient beasts reclaim the throne. Humanity fades. The wild remains. 🌿🐊🎨

A few impressions of our wall at this year’s Meeting of Styles Wiesbaden in Mainz Kastel 2026 and some other burners! Thank you all for the good time. Of course, it was much too short again, but it was a pleasure to meet so many friends and known faces :) and of course to make new friends. A big thank you also to @yours_cnb_dbl and the @mos_germany Team for the good organisation and catering. The steak buns were the hammer 😜 nothing was missing. #meetingofstyles

Why I pick this Song ?
The song describes the atmosphere of political change in the late 1980s. Klaus Meine sings about a journey along the Moskva River to Gorky Park in Moscow. People from East and West are growing closer together, old borders are disappearing, and a “wind of change” is blowing across Europe. The song conveys hope, freedom, peace, and the idea that people can live together as brothers despite their different backgrounds. It became a symbolic anthem for the end of the Cold War and the period of German reunification. 🌍🕊️🎵 #togetherness taken in Mainz-Kastel by @5minutesluck

Quickers with the only one @mor_lme_sbc

Spaghetti Carbonara with Buffalo Mozzarella

Ingredients (Serves 2)

* 250 g spaghetti
* 100 g pancetta or diced bacon
* 2 egg yolks + 1 whole egg
* 50 g grated Parmesan or Pecorino Romano
* 125 g Mozzarella di Bufala
* Freshly ground black pepper
* Salt

Instructions

1. Cook the spaghetti
* Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
* Cook the spaghetti until al dente.
* Reserve about 1 cup of the pasta water before draining.
2. Cook the pancetta
* In a large skillet, cook the pancetta over medium heat until crispy.
* No extra oil is needed.
3. Prepare the carbonara mixture
* In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, whole egg, and grated Parmesan or Pecorino.
* Season generously with black pepper.
4. Combine the pasta and pancetta
* Add the hot spaghetti to the skillet with the pancetta.
* Remove the skillet from the heat.
* Pour in the egg mixture and toss quickly to coat the pasta.
* Add a little reserved pasta water as needed to create a smooth, creamy sauce.
5. Add the buffalo mozzarella
* Tear the buffalo mozzarella into small pieces.
* Gently fold it into the pasta just before serving, or place it on top.
* The mozzarella should soften and become creamy without fully melting.

Tip

Buffalo mozzarella contains a lot of moisture, so let it drain for about 10 minutes before using it. Add pasta water gradually to avoid making the sauce too thin.

Serve immediately with extra black pepper and a sprinkle of Parmesan for a rich and creamy twist on classic Carbonara. 🍝🇮🇹 by @5minutesluck
