Let's Talk Balance 💫💫💫

I've spent enough of my life carrying responsibility and surviving to know that relentless pressure isn't always the answer.

Discipline, self-respect, growth and balance can all coexist 🤍

Balance isn't weakness.

Balance is:

Knowing when to train 🏋🏻‍♀️ Knowing when to rest 🧘🏻‍♀️ Knowing when to build 🚀 Knowing when to be present ☀️

@5uziec second photoshoot and the difference in her confidence this time round was amazing ❤️

48 years old.
Single mum.
Demanding career.
But she committed fully to the process.

From her first photoshoot during her fat loss phase…
to now building strength, improving performance in the gym and increasing muscle while maintaining low body fat.
