Inna Lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un

Tonight I loss my Birth giver, My Motivation, My Biggest fan, My Ummi. You always told me Allah Swt knows what we know not. I don’t know why he called you home so early but I will not question Allah. Rashida Muhammad was the meanest more caring lady ever, wallahi I’m glad to call her my Ummi. If yk my mom then you know she was an extremely strong soldier and she been battling illness forever. Me and her used to bump heads so much but I know it was always love and that the love would never change and I wouldn’t trade you for the world. I’m so sorry mom that we don’t have more time together but I know I’ll see you again in the next life. I am truly heartbroken but May Allah make your grave spacious and grant you Jannah. I LOVE YOU 4EVA UMMI, I’m not saying goodbye I’m saying see you later…

Alhamdulillah! In 6 days, I’ll be graduating from Keystone College with my Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media. 👨🏿‍💻

ROLL FN STONE, 4 years down, unforgettable memories made, and unbreakable bonds created. Keystone College allowed me to see the world from a different perspective and experience life outside of the hood. Da Stone taught me so much more than what I learned in the classroom. I learned C.O.R.E., how to stand on business, how to be more open-minded, how to persevere through hard times, the importance of networking, and, most importantly, how to stay authentic no matter what! I’m forever grateful for what I gained from my time at Keystone College.

To my BSU family, thank you for allowing me to be your voice and your leader. Y’all allowed me to be a part of something bigger than myself! BSU4L Love Prez 6.

To my Ummi— August 9th, 2022, my 19th birthday and a couple of days before my sophomore year, was the day I found out you were sick. I almost dropped out just to take care of you, but Yah made me promise that I would go back to school, and you raised me to be a man of my word, so I had to do it. January 16th, 2023, the first day of my sophomore spring semester, was the day I lost you; that day changed my life forever. September 5th, 2023, the second week of my junior year, grief kicked in, and the only thing I could think about was you. My motivation for everything was gone; I felt empty inside. I couldn’t perform on the field, and I almost failed the semester. Losing you has been the hardest pain I’ve ever felt, but you were a fighter, and you raised me to be one. So I just want to say I LOVE YOU UMMI & that your Sinka Winka did it just like you wanted me to. 🫂🫂 #RASHIDASON
