HYROX DC // 1:17:54 💨

Still floating from the experience… the training, the race, and especially the soreness 😂

This race opened our minds to what we’re really capable of. The work was real, the lessons were real, and now we’re ready for more.

DC was just the beginning. 👀
Multiple races. New cities. Bigger goals.

2027, we’re coming for you. 🏁 by @6.shon

Lil bro, I’ve had you in the weight room, on the field, and running them hills ALL week, and tomorrow you officially step into a new chapter as you enter high school and start football camp. 💪🏾

I’m excited to watch you grow, develop, face adversity, and see just how far you can take this. The bar is set high not because I expect you to be perfect, but because I know what you’re capable of.

Always remember, no matter how tough it gets, you’ll always have your big bro in your corner. I’m your biggest fan, and I’ll be right there through every win, every loss, every lesson, and every accomplishment. 💙

Now it’s time to go show them what a Lusane is made of. Go put on for that last name and make us proud. 🫡

The work has already started. Now go earn it.

💪🏾 STRONGER TOGETHER. STRONGER FOR ALLAH.

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

“The strong believer is more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, though there is good in both.” (Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim)

Strength in Islam is never just physical. It is strength of īmān, discipline, resilience, health, and service. Caring for the body Allah entrusted to us is part of gratitude, and walking that journey together builds a stronger community.

That’s why Masjid Ul-Haqq is proud to partner with Relentless Lifestyle Fitness to provide dedicated fitness opportunities for both our brothers and sisters.

🟢 Brothers Group Workout

“Your body has a right over you.” — Prophet Muhammad ﷺ (Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī)

Come strengthen your body.

I fulfill my obligations first then I ball…
🇸🇦 × 🇪🇬 × 🇲🇦 by @6.shon

Labbayka Allahumma Labbayk. Labbayka la sharika laka labbayk. Innal hamda wan-ni’mata laka wal-mulk. La sharika lak.

“Here I am, O Allah, here I am. Here I am, You have no partner, here I am. Indeed, all praise, every blessing, and all sovereignty belong to You. You have no partner.”

Alhamdulillah for the opportunity to answer Allah’s call.

May Allah accept my Umrah, forgive my sins, answer my du’as, and keep me steadfast upon His beautiful Deen. May He grant every believer the opportunity to visit His Sacred House. Ameen. 🤲🏾🕋 by @6.shon

So many men are embarking on individual personal journeys that will play a pivotal role in their future. Decisions such as marriage, business and careers should not be taken alone. We often use the word bro to describe friends and family but what does brotherhood truly mean? To me brotherhood is someone who is a relative not by blood but in faith, values and moral compass. Brothers support one another, hold one other accountable and advise each another. Brotherhood isn’t always pleasant to the ears, but it doesn’t mean it’s not medicine for the heart. I encourage men out there to hold space for one another to advise and to be advised.

“…and consult with them in conducting matters. Once you make a decision, put your trust in Allah. Surely Allah loves those who trust in Him.”
