Day 6 of the #10x12challenge. It seems I only have a certain amount of energy each day now. So I used a bit to get a session in. One hearty Morning Glory was hanging on. #irodetoday #therapyinsession #peanuts #betterdays by @607_collective2

It wouldn't be a ride without some trail work. Ai brought back the 80's look for us. I won't be going back in time. #irodetoday #friends #trailwork #peanuts by @607_collective2

Nature drop. The sky was impressive yesterday. Seems to be more praying mantis this year. These flowers just keep going. #nature #fall #sunset #fireinthesky by @607_collective2

Tried a new recipe. Barbacoa eggplant tacos with coconut rice. Of course I added the holy trinity of onion, peppers and garlic. Satisfying. #foodie #imadethis #trynewthings #peanuts by @607_collective2

Just when you get one thing cleared up. Up pops another. The Dr
still hasn't figured out what is going on with my body after the mtb tumble. I explained the joint pain etc. So I was tested for Lyme disease. I tested positive. Now awaiting results of the second test. It's been awhile since I stopped to see Coach. Always good. Was able to find the Calabrian pepper locally. Bonus. #coach #lymedisease #peanuts #stayingpositive by @607_collective2

KERNel Howie 2 got loaded up for an overnight @watershedbreweryflx through @harvesthosts . We got set up and went for a ride on the Canal trail. Saw some interesting sights. Came back and enjoyed dinner and a couple pints.. Bob the bartender did a great job. Our campsite was nice and quiet for the night. #roadtrip #rvlife #ontheroad #peanuts by @607_collective2

It amazes me someone carried spray paint in to do this with. Late afternoon ride. Trails are getting garder to read with the leaves. Sun being lower adds to the challenge. Being outside is what's best. Get outside and enjoy life. #irodetoday #peanuts #fall #stateparks by @607_collective2

High winds today. So the choice was made to ride the Beta. The winds also dried Eden out considerably. #Day 3 of the #10x12challenge. #irodetoday #therapyinsession #peanuts by @607_collective2
