🦩 Herrentag wieder einmal.
Diesmal gab es Pulled Kassler Burger.
Der Smoker von @webergrills wurde schon ziemlich früh, also ganz früh angeschmissen. Zu dem Burger gab es gegrillte Maiskolben, Cole Slaw und Pimentos. Nach gefühlt unendlich vielen Stunden ging es daran den Kassler zu pullen. Um ganz ehrlich zu sein, leider war der Kassler nicht so wie er sein sollte, er war schlichtweg noch etwas zu fest zum pullen.
Geschmacklich war er aber super, so musste also die ein oder andere Prise Schnupftabak herhalten. Auch das flüssige Gold kam nicht zu knapp. Das leckere @soelsch.soelden wurde in ausreichender Menge verzehrt. Ein Mega Bier, können wir jedem empfehlen der mal in Österreich verweilt.
Aber kleine Missgeschicke passieren und aus Fehler lernt man. Den Tag haben wir uns trotzdem nicht vermiesen lassen.

🦩 Men’s Day once again.

This time there were pulled Kassler burgers.

The smoker from @webergrills was started quite early, so very early. The burger was set with grilled corn on the cob, cole slaw and allspices. After what felt like an infinite number of hours it was time to pull the Kassler. To be honest, unfortunately the Kassler was not as he should be, he was simply still a little too tight to pull.

But the taste was great, so the one or the other pinch of snuff had to be there. Even the liquid gold was not too scarce. The delicious @soelsch.soelden was consumed in sufficient quantity. A mega beer, we can recommend to everyone who stays in Austria.

But small mishaps happen and you learn from mistakes. Nevertheless, we did not let the day be ruined.

🦩 Herrentag diesmal gab es von unserem Pitmaster eine Spießbraten vom Drehspieß auf dem Napoleon Gasgrill, dazu gab es Parmesankartoffeln und Parmesankarotten. Das ganze wurde abgerundet mit einem leckeren Salat.
Zur Vorspeise gab es aus dem Beefer, kross gebackenen Bacon Mozzarella Spieße.
Das flüssige Gold wurde heute von Velde und HackerPschorr in ausreichender Menge getestet.

🦩🦩 Gentlemen’s day this time there was a skewer roast from our pitmaster from the rotisserie on the Napoleon gas grill, with parmesan potatoes and parmesan carrots. The whole was rounded off with a delicious salad.

As an appetizer there were from the beefer, crispy baked bacon mozzarella skewers.

The liquid gold was tested today by Velde and HackerPschorr in sufficient quantity.

🦩Es war einmal wieder soweit Herrentag. Diesmal gab es Hähnchenkeule aus der Gußeiserne Pfanne an Drillingskartoffel. Der mächtig Nachtisch eine Mascarponecreme war einfach Mega lecker. Zuguter letzt durfte wie immer ein leckerer Whisky und eine gute Zigarre nicht fehlen.

🦩It was once again men’s day. This time there was chicken leg from the cast iron pan on triplet potato. The powerful dessert a mascarpone cream was simply mega delicious. Finally, as always, a delicious whiskey and a good cigar could not be missing.

🦩 Herrentag der Hauptgang.
Diesmal gab es Carree vom Ibericoschwein zubereitet auf @napoleongrillsdeutschland, dazu wurde Kürbisstampf, sowie Bratkartoffeln und Gurkensalat gereicht. Da das Bier nicht fehlen darf bei einem so schönen Tag genossen wir diesmal Biere aus dem Hause @crewrepublic und @brau.dich.

🦩Men’s day the main course.

This time there was a rack of pork from iberico made @napoleongrillsdeutschland, served with pumpkin mash, as well as fried potatoes and cucumber salad. Since the beer should not be missing on such a beautiful day, we enjoyed beers from @crewrepublic and @brau.dich this time.

🦩 Herrentag, es war wieder soweit.
Zum Start gab es gefüllte Reisblätter, gefüllt mit Karotten, Paprika, frischer Petersilie, Avocado, Hähnchen oder Rindfleisch. Das Endprodukt sieht zwar etwas gewöhungsbedürftig aus, ist aber Mega lecker.

🦩🦩 Gentlemen’s Day, it was that time again.

At the start, there were stuffed rice leaves, filled with carrots, peppers, fresh parsley, avocado, chicken or beef. The final product looks a bit in need of getting used to, but it is mega delicious.

🦩 Herrentag es war wieder soweit. Was kann es schöneres geben mit seinen besten Freunden zu grillen ! Diesmal gab es vom Pitmaster zur Vorspeise eine selbstgemachte Schafskäse Creme, eingelegte Oliven und Mega leckeren Parmesan direkt aus dem Italien Urlaub mitgebracht. Dazu gab es noch ein leckeres Zillertaler Bier. Zum Hauptgang wurde dann ein DryAged Rib Eye Steak mit Parmesankarotten. Wir durften uns glücklich schätzen zum Hauptgang 3 leckere Biere von den Bavarian Smoke & Grill Freunde bekommen zu haben, vielen Dank auch nochmal dafür. Zwischenzeitlich gab es das ein oder andere Bier von Birra Moretti. Und wie sollte es sein was darf an so einem Tag zum Abschluss nicht fehlen ? Richtig ein guter Schnaps, Whiskey und eine gute Zigarre.

🦩 Gentlemen’s day, it was that time again. What could be nicer to grill with your best friends! This time, the Pitmaster brought a homemade sheep’s cheese cream, pickled olives and mega delicious parmesan directly from Italy’s holiday for the appetizer. There was also a delicious Zillertal beer. The main course was then a DryAged Rib Eye Steak with Parmesan carrots. We were lucky to have received 3 delicious beers from the Bavarian Smoke & Grill friends for the main course, thank you again for that. In the meantime, there were one or two beers from Birra Moretti. And how should it be what should not be missing on such a day at the end? Really a good schnapps, whiskey and a good cigar.

🦩Herrentag, diesmal gab es vom Pitmaster Christian, einen Toskanischen Schweinelendebraten mit Grillgemüse und einen Salat von Ofenkartoffeln mit Honig-Senf Dressing und selbstgemachten Baguette. Das flüssige Gold gab es diesmal von Flötzinger.

🦩 Weiter ging es mit geschmorten Rinderbäckchen im smoker von pitboss. Dazu gab es ein leckeres Weizenbock von der Gutman Brauerei. Zu guter letzt durften wir noch ein selbstgemachtes Pistazieneis auf frischen Erdbeeren verspeisen.

🦩 We continued with braised beef cheeks in the smoker from pitboss. There was also a delicious wheat buck from the Gutman brewery. Last but not least, we were allowed to eat a homemade pistachio ice cream on fresh strawberries.

🦩 Es war wieder soweit Herrentag.
Wir starteten diesmal mit selbstgemachten Chilli Cheese Nuggets, dazu gab es eingelegte Süßkartoffeln Pommes, die einfach eine Mega Geschmacksexplosion an unserem Gaumen erzeugten.

🦩 It was gentlemen's day again.

This time we started with homemade chilli cheese nuggets, with pickled sweet potato fries, which simply created a mega taste explosion on our palate.

🦩 es war wieder soweit Herrentag.

Diesmal gab es ein Lomo al Trappo.
Dies ist eine Rinderlende die in ein mit Rotwein getränkte Baumwolltuch eingewickelt direkt auf dem 57er Holzkohle von @webergrills gegrillt wird. Dazu gab es noch ein Chimichurri und eine in der Kohle gegrillte Zwiebel und einem Wildkräutersalat mit einem Mangodressing.

Als Vorspeise gab es gegrillte Tomaten mit Aioli, zum BBQ gab es diesmal Bier von @crewrepublic.

Zum krönenden Abschluss gab es feinste Tabakwaren von @leonelcigars Danke auch an @paulbuggestore.

Wie immer einen Tag wie man(n) es sich wünscht.

🦩 it was Lord's Day again.

This time there was a Lomo al Trappo.

This is a beef loin that is grilled wrapped in a cotton cloth soaked in red wine directly on the 57er charcoal from @webergrills. There was also a chimichurri and an onion grilled in the coal and a wild herb salad with a mango dressing.

As an appetizer there were grilled tomatoes with aioli, for the BBQ this time there was beer from @crewrepublic.

To top it off, there were the finest tobacco products from @leonelcigars. Thanks also to @paulbuggestore.

🦩 weiter ging es mit einem leckeren Schweinefilet das auf einer Ananas gegrillt wurde. Dazu wurde die Ananas halbiert und von beiden angeheilt, danach kam das Filet auf die Ananas. Das Filet war wirklich sehr saftig dadurch und hatte eine leichte Süße. Ein leckerer Nachtisch durfte nicht fehlen, genauso wie ein Whisky von @talisker und natürlich eine gute Zigarre von @leonelcigars .
Rundum einfach wieder ein perfekter Tag.

🦩 we continued with a delicious pork fillet that was grilled on a pineapple. For this purpose, the pineapple was halved and cured by both, then the fillet came onto the pineapple. The fillet was really very juicy and had a slight sweetness. A delicious dessert could not be missing, as well as a whisky from @talisker and of course a good cigar from @leonelcigars.

All around just another perfect day.
