September is Suicide Prevention Month.

There are several people suffering in silence & potentially thinking about ending their lives early. It’s important to always check in on your loved ones, even the ones that seem like they’re doing okay.

You are wanted in this world. You’re not alone. Help is always accessible.

Call / text 988 if you need someone to talk you through your thoughts especially when thoughts of suicide come about.

Dolly Parton left a mark on millions worldwide with her kindness, support, compassion, and gratitude.

She started the Imagination Library, a program designed to send any kid a free book once a month until they were 5 years old.

615bpm has donated $50 to her cause to continue getting books into kids’ hands, free of cost.

If you want to honor Dolly’s life, please donate to the Imagination Library @ donate.imaginationlibrary.com by @615.bpm

August is Overdose Awareness Month.

Fentanyl and other similar synthetic opioids have tripled the number of overdoses in the past two decades.

The best resource for obtaining the right knowledge and training is through @end.overdose - their goal this month is to train 10,000 individuals & provide naloxone for them.

90% of people who have naloxone do not carry it on them - let’s try to change that number to a lower one. You never know when you may have to use it. Even if you don’t partake in substances, it is still important to carry to aid others.
