29 trips around the sun.

The last 2 years of my life have been whirlwind. So much has happened. So much to process and be thankful for. Everyday I wake up knowing I’m living the life I want to live. That often comes with massive challenges, unbelievably tall hurdles, and still show up everyday, ready and willing to learn whatever I need to, to get me to my goals.

This year in particular, I was the closest I’ve ever been. Sitting where I am today, I know the process to get myself there. It’s really just a matter of do I have the energy to do it? Some days I’m not sure but then I see my children, wife, business partner, my family, and remember it has nothing to do with me and everything to do with the life I want those people to live around me.

If you know me you know, I have a real deadline on this version of life that I’m living. I officially have 12 months to get this boat to not only tread water but speed through it. I know God and my family will be in my corner over these next 12 months and for that I couldn’t be more thankful.

Thank you to everybody that’s stop by along this journey so far. I got one more generational run in me and I hope you’ll continue to tag along to see where this boat ends up going. taken in Saint Paul, Minnesota by @651michael_

IN THE CITY!!!

Cleaning home by home, making sure our process is locked in for a BIG summer.
Every space we walk into is a chance to get better, sharpen our systems, and show up even harder for our clients. This is more than a business — it’s a standard we’re building every single day.

Thank you for following our journey, we’re just getting started. 🏡🧹✨

🏗️ 810 Atlantic almost had a completely different story… 👀

When we first secured site control on this property, zoning didn’t even allow a DUPLEX to be built here. Before we could think about building homes, we had to fight for the opportunity itself.

We pursued a BZA variance, invested thousands of dollars, navigated the process, and pushed through the challenges to make it happen. 💪

And in the middle of that process? We had a real opportunity to take things even further and turn this project from 2 units into a TRIPLEX. 📈

But sometimes growth isn’t about doing more — it’s about staying committed to the original vision. We chose to honor our initial goal: building our first duplex right here at home. 🏠🏠

Affordable housing development isn’t easy. There are obstacles people never see behind the scenes — approvals, zoning battles, costs, and countless moving pieces. But being trusted with the opportunity to contribute to our community is something we don’t take lightly.

810 Atlantic is more than a project. It’s proof that persistence, vision, and purpose can turn challenges into homes. 🙏

One Goal. One Dream. Financial Freedom.

Becoming an entrepreneur for me was the only option.

I wasn’t the best in school and grew up broke which means you have 1 paths in my eyes. Become an entrepreneur. God bless my fiancé for being there through the entire journey. God bless the team I’ve built around me for helping me strive for more out of this life.

I don’t have stuff all the way figured out yet but I know I’m in a better position today than I’ve ever been and thats because I put myself and my family/team first above all.

Doing that caused me endless friction especially in the W2 world, but that is okay though. Just like I told my old boss “if I made 32k at 42 you wouldn’t care” and thats the truth.

Going out and making your own way, is the only way in my eyes.
