Everyone is trying to find the right person.
But nobody is trying to be the right person…

2 things that are often overlooked in relationships are priorities and interests. These 2 things are so important when establishing and building relationships.

Looks fades as well as love! But character never changes.

Day 27 of RAMADAN

After suhoor and offering I drove an hour to work
I listen to the juz while commuting upon arrival
I also read the juz Alhamdulilal

My job permits me a break so today I decided to take advantage of my youth and health Subhan’allah

Ended up putting on a master class 💪🏽

Workout (while fasting)

Bench
225-20 reps
275-8 reps
315-4 reps
350-1 rep ( had more )

Pectoral fly
3 sets of everything 💯
205-10-15 reps
Both machines

Super set with
50-pushups

Calisthenics to warm up

Pull ups 10-15 reps
Dips 15-20

Back arm workout
Pull down and overhead
80- 15

Finishing touches had to slide some core in
Whole rack (200lbs) 50 reps

End result-

Height 6’5 1/2
Weight 228 lbs solid muscle
Body fat low … but not low enough
Down 30lbs from last year!!!

And yes all natural, no supplements or substance used

MASHA’ALLAH 😎🔪💪🏽
