For anyone that maybe missed the interview I did with @mo_valley touching on my mental health story.

Interviews are really hard I got some key dates wrong and I was quite nervous. I just also want to shed light that even though I sound quite confident and open and on top of my mental health, the true reality is that, this is still an everyday struggle and I go in and out of being on top of it. Its a constant practice of self love and self help to keep my mind at ease. But there are times where it still gets dark and I still feel lost, helpless, insecure and empty. I know so many people experience the same thing and Im so sorry you do.

September 21st I set out on a hike with no intention of ever returning and Im so proud of myself of how far I have come since then and since that mindset. I will never forget that day and Im not going to let it haunt me but to just be a reminder.

Please tell somebody you love them.

I love you

Thank you for supporting me all my friends and family and things that got me through.

Last year I got last minute asked to be interviewed for a movie about the behind the scenes of snowboarding.
I felt so good to be asked to be apart of something I truly believe in and love so much.
Considering that 4/4 snowboard shops I have worked at over the years are showcased in this movie without me knowing was such a cool coincidence and I feel so lucky to be apart of this culture and scene, thank you @pablofilms and @nitro_snowboards for backing such an awesome film project.

Thanks to @jess.kimura, @_apgf and @nirvanaortanez for putting it all together and huge shoutout to @maedasadie for holding down the vendors chaos 🙏.

Until next year 🖤
