A bananas moment last year at D&H’s wedding I had the pleasure of DJing. The best man gave me a heads up before the reception started and I suggested I could play “hollaback girl”. I had no idea that many people were in on the surprise gag. Fun!

O&M’s wedding felt like a warm group hug. The venue was @mr.melobar a place O&M frequented a lot in their relationship. It’s a vinyl bar so the speakers were incredible. Shout out to the staff for communicating with me and rearranging their whole DJ booth to accommodate my setup. There was a surprise performance from O&M’s talented group of friends that sounded amazing, and I may have even shed a tear during O&M’s speeches. We pulled this all off in a month’s time!

Music nerd people pleaser stats:
2 playlists (“background” and “party”)
Background: 37 songs
I played 12 songs from & 17 songs not from
Party: 73 songs
I played 28 songs from & 28 songs not from

Spectacular wedding by @trueevent celebrating M&E! Absolutely crushing the reception with @thehudsonprojectband leading into a high energy 1 hour #Afterparty

Music nerd stats: M&E gave me a 95 song playlist of their faves. 7 got played during reception. The 1 hr afterparty had 41 songs (31 came from playlist, and 10 I tossed in)
