Done✅

overall @ui.ultra solid🙌🏻
terima kasih bang @luthfigo atas jebakan nya😅

Jakarta : Speed : Race part II
was bhapp💥

Preparation for @asicsid Jakarta Speed Race⚡️

Feels great to be back on the track and getting some speed work in.
Marathon recovery is done, and now it’s time to shift gears, back to structured training with a focus on the middle distances through the end of the year.

Personal Best✅

today’s result was right on target.
back in Bali to finish what i started with last year’s remedial, and i managed to cut 14 minutes off from my previous time.

why didn’t i chase for a SUB 3? cause i know my limit, i’m not ready yet.
but why not, next time, i’ll pursue that SUB 3🔥 taken in Bali, Indonesia by @7.08am__

The hardest miles are behind me, but the real challenge is still waiting.
Trust the process, stay patient, stay healthy, race day will reward every early morning, every tired leg, and every step taken with purpose.
The goal isn’t just to finish.
The goal is to become the strongest version of myself.
