At 71, she’s making small changes to her habits and putting them into practice as she goes. Pic on left is this week Comparison 1 is last week and this week Comparison 2 is this week and two week ago Comparison 3 is this week and three weeks ago Comparison 4 is this week and four weeks ago Four weeks in a row comparison to show exactly how stress and work changes ur body and how addressing it makes dramatic loom changed No extremes — just learning, staying consistent and taking it one week at a time. These check-ins are a good reminder that stress, routine and everything life brings can affect how we look and feel from one week to the next. Sometimes the body can look quite different even when nothing major has changed. That’s why we look at the bigger picture and keep showing up. Proud of the effort she’s putting in. This journey is still unfolding 💪 GOD BLESS♠️♠️ WWw.oldsckoolnutrition.co.uk Code AJ15 for 💵 off Fuelled by @oldsckool_nutrition by @oldsckool_training_academy Equity stock options Dm us to be a MEAN BUT A VERY PEACEFUL LEAN MACHINE !! #OldSckool #ProgressAtAnyAge #Consistency #oldsckool #healthyhabits by @70.fit.fearless

HAPPY 71ST BIRTHDAY, LINDA — STILL FULL OF SURPRISES! 💙 Linda has always had a very active life. When she began training for strength, we took the time to build a programme that suited her, with careful exercise choices and steady progress to support her joints and movement. The aim was to build strength and muscle where she needed it, so she could move better, perform better and support a healthy, active life for years to come. And she didn’t stop at training. Linda stepped on stage and competed in both 2024 and 2025, receiving so much love and support. I’m incredibly proud to call her my friend. She’s someone I look up to: confident in who she is, proud of how she presents herself, and full of energy and surprises. People can be made to feel that life gets smaller as they get older. Linda keeps showing us there can still be new goals, new experiences and plenty of fun ahead. Who knows what she’ll do next? With Linda, you never know! Happy birthday, Linda. I hope your day is as fabulous as you are. Have the best time — you’re the best! 🎂✨ GOD BLESS♠️♠️ WWw.oldsckoolnutrition.co.uk Code AJ15 for 💵 off Fuelled by @oldsckool_nutrition by @oldsckool_training_academy Equity stock options Dm us to be a MEAN BUT A VERY PEACEFUL LEAN MACHINE !! #aj #StrengthAtAnyAge #FitnessAtAnyAge #womenempowerment #OldSckoolTraining by @70.fit.fearless

70 years young. ♠️♠️ This woman is proof that age doesn’t decide how you live your life — you do. At 70, she’s still a pilates teacher, still training, still looking after her family, still incredibly active and still enjoying a full social life. She shows up, puts the work in and takes care of her health without allowing a number to define her. And I have to mention the style…😎😎✌️✌️ Honestly, one of the best-dressed people I’ve ever met. Always looking sharp, always carrying herself with confidence and always bringing that energy wherever she goes. Training her is a reminder of what fitness and health is really about. It’s about staying strong, independent, capable and enjoying your life for as long as possible. 70 years old and still going strong. Keep moving. Keep living. Keep showing up. Age is just the number on the paperwork. ♠️♠️ @70.fit.fearless THE GOAT 🐐 GOD BLESS♠️♠️ WWw.oldsckoolnutrition.co.uk Code AJ15 for 💵 off Fuelled by @oldsckool_nutrition by @oldsckool_training_academy Equity stock options Dm us to be a MEAN BUT A VERY PEACEFUL LEAN MACHINE !! #FitnessAt70 #AgeIsJustANumber #StayStrong #HealthyLifestyle #OldSckoolTrainingAcademy FitnessForLife by @70.fit.fearless
