Middle school season is a wrap! Wrestling with the boys was fun, but now it’s time for a new challenge, girls wrestling 💪
I’m excited to see what I can do, learn new moves, and push myself even more. Lets go🔥

What a great weekend! Signed up for my first wrestling tournament the-2026 VA USA Girls Folkstyle States. My bracket was filled with some very tough girls. I was able to grapple my way into 3rd place going 4-1.

I have many things to be grateful for this weekend.
-Thank you Coach Jeremy for believing in me and being in my corner this weekend.
-Thank you to my teammates @bmswrestling2026 and @diegobispoacademy 🙌🏼
-Thankful I shared this weekend with part of my @diegobispoacademy fam as well as our professor @diegobispo coming out to support us.
-Thankful that girls wrestling is growing.
-Thank you my girl @mia_pitbull_williams for the being such a beast on the mat and one of the most kindest girls I know.
-Most thankful to my parents and brother for always pushing me and supporting me in all ways possible. Literally my loudest supporters lol

Most importantly-Happy Birthday to my dad @g_rardo . I love you so much! I know Sunday was your special day but thank you for making this day special for me too. 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

Competed @grapplingindustries today, moved up to the 16/17 age division, and took on blue belts. Proud to bring home gold in both Gi and No-Gi. 🥇🥇

ADCC Charlotte 2025 ✅. Second time competing at ADCC and still well outside my comfort zone. Looking forward to gaining more experience and continuing the journey.

Pulling guard in my finals match earned me a penalty point that ultimately decided the outcome. Not fully understanding all the rules under @adcc_official cost me, but I’ll be better prepared next time.
Shout out to all the girls in my bracket, nothing but tough matches and great competition. It was a privilege to share the mats with you.
Special shout out to everyone in my corner today. @julian_jitsu , @g_rardo , @fightin.fontis.bjj , @kfonti0705 , @burpees4life and @loganhicksbjj .
