changing your life with your mind, body & energy ✨️
👇🏼 work with me

$it doesn't make you any less worthy of your results if you get the help you need 🏋🏻‍♀️ imagine going to the gym, not knowing proper form or technique, so you just throw around weights & expect to get incredible results? 👉🏼 no one can move the weights for you, but someone can sure show you how to move effectively to reach your goals 🧘🏻‍♀️ imagine meditating for the first time with no guidance on what it is or how to accomplish a meditative state, and expecting *not* to doubt yourself or question if you've reached it? 👉🏼 no one can quiet your mind for you, but someone can sure show you different ways to calm the mind for best results ✨️ imagine not having a broad understanding of energy and expecting that you should "just know" how to support yourself & shift your own frequency because you were once told "you're not a body with a spirit, you're a spirit inside a body", and so therefore you've adopted the assumption that you should intuitively know how to support your own energy? 👉🏼 no one can sustain your new energy for you, but someone can sure show you different tools and practices that you can use to achieve a new standard & maintain it 🙅🏻‍♀️ stop thinking you've got to do it alone 🙅🏻‍♀️ enough of the narrative that if you can't figure it out alone, that you're not "good at it" or "not made for it" 🙅🏻‍♀️ if you don't get it on the first try, it does not mean you are a failure 🙅🏻‍♀️ stop bad-mouthing yourself 🙅🏻‍♀️ stop thinking that if you need support, you are weak, not good enough, or too stupid to do it yourself Life isn't meant to be lived alone. We are in relation to everything around us, and we literally need the external to make moves & move forward. You do, however, need to pick up your own pieces because no one can do that for you. No one should do that for you. You are responsible for only yourself & how you decide to move forward in each moment. So what'll it be? 😫 struggling on your own and blaming the world around you for why you're not "ahead"? or 😌 getting the proper support you know you need {and deserve} so you can move forward quicker & have the time to do the other things you love? by @7c_studios$

Most people will swipe right past this 👀 life zooms by because you let it.

You're addicted to the chase: regardless if it's money, health, the next relationship, or the next 6 second video because you've trained your brain for overstimulation and distraction.

And because you can't handle the stillness your soul craves & you say you want, you end up rushing through everything, keeping busy multi-tasking, and missing the moments that are building your life.

You've become addicted to a machine instead of your own yearning.

Listening to an AI chatbot instead of your own soul.

Letting everyone else dictate your every move until you want to crawl into a hole and vanish because your life no longer feels like yours...

And because you let it get this way, you feel guilt, shame and internal judgment, and all those feelings make you want to avoid more.

You overwork yourself thinking that'll solve the emptiness inside. You keep giving to others thinking they will love you back as a thank you.

And shockingly, none of it works.

You're exhausted, overspent and have no energy for the things you love (or so you believe) and because you think so dark in these moments you begin to feel numb, and as you lay there scrolling, wishing for a different version of life...yours continues to pass by.

And the cycle remains.

But it doesn't have to.

You get to choose, today, to move at your own pace. To choose awareness. To disconnect with the external so you can reconnect internally. To start listening to what your energy is asking of you.

Moving to your own rhythm is scary, and also so incredibly worth it because this is where Miracles begin to form.

Are you willing to slow down & pay attention, just for today?

I 💩 you not. I can't make this stuff up.

Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do to get the result you want; even if it's scary, uncomfortable or doesn't feel totally "aligned".

Anywho, welcome to my 2026 identity shift 🦷

Teeth relate to your ROOT CHAKRA energy (as they are bones), which means FOUNDATIONS, environment, safety, security, sense of grounding.

If you're feeling unsure or insecure in your life, check these areas to see what internal work needs to be done in order to shift your outer reality.

I needed to do a lot of internal work before getting braces (I was PETRIFIED that the zombie apocalypse would come and I'd be stuck with these stupid things on my teeth with no way to get them off)... it's less about to do with the story, and more to do with fear of my own safety & access to support (maybe I should do a blog on this?)

So I did the internal work *while* in action with getting these puppies on... I reiki'd my teeth & mouth often, worked on where I am searching for safety, and instead of needing to wait 2+ years like most people, these suckered were off in 14 months.

Do the internal work.
It works SO much more quickly than focusing only on the external (which you can't control anyway).

Whatever you're moving through, one day you will sit there and say "is this MY life?! 😬" and the realization will hit, and you'll have even more gratitude for sticking to the PROCESS more than the end result 😉 😁

No, you don't need to become best friend with the women that are there, but you'll probably leave with a new number to connect with. The women who join are just 👌🏼🤌🏼

It's rarely the result you're ACTUALLY after.

Let me explain how a goal is rarely ever about the goal 🎯

The tangible shit is cool 👀

You might feel stronger, prettier, cooler, whatever 😎💁🏻‍♀️

But that's fleeting & rarely foundational enough to support your WHOLE endeavor 🫣

The energetic side to feeling vivacious is compelling & contagious for sure, you get more people involved when you have higher energy... which can give you a boost when you need it (but again, relying on external motivation will hardly keep you going when you have no cheer squad) 😬

But when it comes down to it... when things get REALLY hard... it's your INTERNAL SELF (emotions, self-talk, self-leadership) that takes the brunt of what you're facing & it's what will determine the outcome of your fight to get there 🐦‍🔥

You have to DIG DEEP to connect with the part of you that wants the ✨️ PROCESS of becoming ✨️

because THAT, my friend...

will not only ensure you have the internal endurance 🦄

but it will make sure you win EVERY time when it's healthy & strong 🏆

no matter the outcome 😘 by @7c_studios

What a concept!? 🥴

My form of "love & light" is not bullshitting you, beating around the bush, or playcatong to your shadow demon inside that wants to keep you stuck, stagnant, and farther away from your dream life.

Say no to the demons today; put them to bed by getting into the action you promised yourself weeks ago that you'd start doing 😘 by @7c_studios
