VENUE CHANGE 🚨

Firstly we want to say a huge thank you for buying tickets to Soul Vanguard Sunday this Sunday. We can’t thank you enough!

Due to an issue at the venue we have had to move this event to Big Chill Kings Cross and this is now gone from a Terrace Party to a Rooftop Terrace Party!

Nothing you need to do except come to Big Chill in Kings Cross instead of Shoreditch. All tickets remain valid for the new venue.

Doors open at 3pm. See you on the roof for a day of soulful vibes!

Inspired from our Malaysia trip earlier this year we decided it would be pretty cool to throw a Nasi Lemak night. It’s Malaysia’s national dish and it’s made up from fragrant coconut rice with crispy fried chicken, anchovies, peanuts, boiled eggs and of course, that FIERYYYY sambal we cannot stop talking about. If you’ve never had it before be prepared for a f*cking explosion of flavour in your mouth. Spicy fans this is for you 🌶️🍗🍚

We fell in love with Nasi Lemak when we visited Kuala Lumpur in March, we (or just @7oel) literally ate it every day. When we came back to London, we couldn’t stop making it at home and I thought it’d be a great idea to have you guys try out the dish we’re obsessed with.

Throwing a pop-up a month before Christmas… I normally do events in the summer but I trust this will be a success, if not I’m eating frozen fried chicken for the foreseeable lol. It might be cold, but you lot always bring the warmth.

See you guys there, I can’t wait! ❤️

ALLERGIES: Okay important part and I’m gonna be serious, I would deffo 100% stay clear of this pop-up if you suffer from common food allergies. Nasi Lemak is a melting pot of different allergens and I CANNOT make any exceptions. Thank you for your understanding.

Helloooo there you lovely lot, we’ve got just 5 days to go until our BBQ popup with @matthew_c_ho and @7oel at @unit3_n15 for @markfieldroadfestival 🧡🧡

Matt and Joel will be in charge of BBQ duties outside whilst I’m in the kitchen at the back serving up cold side dishes - please order and collect your food as soon as it’s ready as the festival will be busy. Thank you for understanding and cannot wait to see you soon!

You asked us “gee wiz, when’s the next pop-up?” straight after our last one in June. We heard you and we’re letting you know that we’re teaming up with @unit3_n15 again on Sunday 14th September 2025 during @markfieldroadfestival ✨

We’re back this time collaborating with the legendary @matthew_c_ho (formally Craving) grilling on the barbecue with @7oel - we’ve got satay chicken skewers and lamb cumin ribs for all you meat heads - Halal certified.

I’ll be in the back kitchen serving you Lazy Susan Deli salads, summer rolls and my favourite Vietnamese green jelly, lychee and condensed milk ice cold desserts.

• We’re gonna kick things off in the afternoon from 2pm when the bbq is nice and hot 💨

• This is NOT a ticketed event it is FIRST COME FIRST SERVED 🎟️ ❌

• We SELL OUT when we sell out so arrive early to avoid disappointment 💅🏽

Let’s get the drinks in, support local vendors and artists and have a boogie - see you all on Sunday 14th September!!

So I decided that last Friday was the best pop-up we’ve ever thrown but I am so tired to write a caption after putting in hours of physical work so I asked @7oel to help me, he says “just say what an amazing day, what a beautiful day at @unit3_n15 with friends and family - yeah uh, thank you to all who attended it really means a lot… erm, I’m not sure what to say… maybe something about the merch?” 😂😂😂

But in all honesty (and I know I say this a lot) this wouldn’t be possible without the help of you lot - my team, the wonderful guys at @unit3_n15, my very fiercely loyal supporters and this beautiful British weather.

I normally get a little anxious before pop-ups but this time round I had no stresses at all. It was beginning to feel weird because up until the day of our event I was laughing and dancing and throwing jokes out like I haven’t been on my feet for the last 48hrs and I think it’s because of you guys. The love and support from you all makes this job seem like a breeze and I just wanna give thanks where it’s due.

We will be back before you know it and also regarding merchandise - SOOOOO MANY PEOPLE WERE ENQUIRING ABOUT OUR T-SHIRTS. I even had people who didn’t go to the popup ask me on the way out “where is your t-shirt from?” like that’s crazy. It was never our intention to sell merch but I can’t deny what the people want can I? KEEP YOUR EYES PEELED 👀✨👀✨👀

I love you all and also please don’t give me Wray & Nephew anymore - that drink turns me into a devil.
