House Work returns this Friday, and we’re leaning into what makes this night feel alive: different stories, different influences, and different paths into the music all landing on the same dancefloor. We’re bringing in 7ROUBL3 from Connecticut — an artist shaped by the New England underground, with roots in rhythmic, groove-driven sets that pull from house, disco, tech-leaning edges, and that unmistakable sense of movement that comes from growing up around a different pulse.

Sharing the bill is me — someone who came up in a completely different lane, with a background shaped by Midwest rave sensibilities, warehouse rhythms, and the long road that eventually led to Boston’s late nights and low ceilings. Two DJs from different corners, different influences, and different musical lineages — not the same story twice, but two perspectives meeting in the middle of the room. That’s the point. That’s the lineup.

This Friday isn’t about matching; it’s about meeting.

In our house our differences bring us together and make us stronger.

The contrast is the energy — the dancefloor is the bridge.

House Work isn’t about polish or pretense — it’s about a room full of people who care about the music enough to show up for it. No VIP rope, no pressure, no agenda. Just selectors, sound, and a dancefloor that wants to sweat. We’ll start warm, end loud, and let the night find its own shape.
