Stupid Good AI is a new way to decide where to eat and drink. It understands context, not just keywords: who you are, where you are, and what you want right now. And it gets better every time someone uses it.

One of my favorite new one / two punches is #cocktails @class.cocktails.vermuteria then 2 minute ride to @rangslasvegas for dinner. If you are looking for something new check these two spots out.

Pro tip: Start with the #vermouth flight @class.cocktails.vermuteria and make sure you serve from the bottom of the Aligue with garlic shrimp so you get all the crab fat, olive oil and garlic on e every bite of the pasta. It’s #StupidGood. taken in Rang’s Cocina Moderne by @808_dave

Probably the best #happyhour in #LasVegas. From the shrimp cocktail to the mussels and scallop crudo this is a wet dream for any seafood lover. Then there is probably the best medium rare cheeseburger in town and you can order a #Stagger of #martinis for only $9 a pop.

Watching Jolene (an absolute smoke show) in action is one thing, watching her fight every single day to create opportunities for this industry and the people in it is something else entirely.

From the front row, I get to see the work no one else sees, the calls, the stress, the constant push to make things better for chefs, bartenders, and hospitality professionals who deserve more. And somehow, she does it all while lifting everyone else up along the way.

Jolene doesn’t just talk about community, she builds it. Back of House Brawl, Women’s Hospitality Initiative, Secret Burger, Vegas Test Kitchen… these aren’t just projects, they’re platforms that have changed real lives and careers.

This StarChefs Rising Stars Mentorship award isn’t just well deserved, it’s inevitable. Anyone who knows her knows the impact she’s had on this city and this industry.

And to the entire Vegas Class of 2026, what a group. The talent, the energy, the future of this industry is in very good hands.
