Music design has always fascinated me. As a kid, I grew up in the church choir, and over time this became my initiation to the world of music production - a world without limits - and that’s exactly where I live. 🧘🏽

For more than a decade I’ve been working in sound design, building worlds out of feeling. Every track I make starts there. Not theory. Not formula... Feeling🔭🧪

So when Bridget Hall approached me about MyReset Zone, I knew the time was right.

This is a first in Africa - a collision of music and frequency science that equals something neither of us could have built alone. Bridget brings the frequency science, the research, the cellular medicine. I bring the music. Together it becomes something else entirely - sonic medicine. Audio you don’t just hear. Audio your body responds to. Audio you can feel. 🔌🔋

MyReset Zone is a sound healing app - therapeutic Soundscapes and Wellscapes designed to reset you at a cellular level. Sleep. Stress. Pain. Focus. Your body knows what to do with it.

It’s been an honour to apply my perspective of sound to Bridget’s science. Each sound design in the MyReset Zone app is a piece of how one feels - translated into frequency.

This one’s different. And I think you’ll feel why 🤙🏽

📍The Future HR Summit at The Gallagher Converntion Centre

It was fantastic meeting so many forward-thinking HR leaders from multiple organisations like Microsoft, Takealot and many more local and global leaders.

Introducing them to the MyReset Zone’s Sonic Shower- where our frequency-embedded music is designed to be felt, not just heard.

This is just the beginning!🤞🏽
