What will it take for men to meaningfully show up for women and for real conversation and action ? Moving to a singular social hub and name next week. ______Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the good people who reached out to me. This is everybody’s project it doesn’t belong to any one person or gender. Everyone can play a part small or large by being part of a community and not feeling hopeless - by being hopeful and creating a better future. DM me if you’d like to proof read and input in the coming days by @808st8te

I’m a huge lover of documentaries and this is one of my all-time favourites. It is very human and is layered with paradoxes and so many powerful messages (forgiveness, community, technology, kindness, family, freedom, humour). The film-making craft is so impressive with some incredible editing and all very intimate and personal in it’s style. The use of strings through the movie is exquisite. At my screening yesterday I was openly crying a lot between laughing and smiling just as other grown men and women around me were. I never expected this film to hit so hard. You finish the film armed to face the day and the world … I walked out smiling at the fact Liam and Noel had offered so much wisdom and feeling through music and by documenting their brotherhood story. I gotta admit i struggled with the whole reunion carry on (and I was a massive fan). This redeemed it for me. It moved me so much I want all my friends - anyone who likes music and sport - to go see it. In these unsettling times this movie and is messages are an antidote to the shitshow. _______ also i am forever team LIAM just for the record @oasis @wollice @dylan_southern_ @liamgallagher by @808st8te

It’s good to say YES (chef) and not overthink it. I only knew Andrew a little - we were connected by food and the algorithm. We started sending each other some positive baldness content (@nytimes + @highsnobiety) attached. I was impressed he was creating a dinner where baldies could meet up off their screens and connect. He reached out and asked if I’d be keen to be involved in this story for the @sydneymorningherald. Im so happy I did. If there is an antidote to this crazy time we are living in .. then it has got to be doing more of this. Connecting and celebrating what we have in common rather than what divides us is the juice. Thanks to @minutilloandrew ✊🏽 Full link to article in bio ✌🏽… thanks for @theageaustralia for coming on board. 🙏 by @808st8te

FRIENDS i am raising money for mental health and suicide prevention. This is an issue I believe in and that needs more attention and priority. I am dedicating this project to the memory of two great friends who I loved so much. They both took their own lives. Michele, Melbourne 1995 and Shannon in NYC 2017. I still miss them all the damn time. I still feel their loss.
____ We need to check in IRL with each other more than ever in this violent world. Appreciate anything you can contribute. ☮️ LINK IN BIO by @808st8te
