Last year I turned 40 I was not at my best I self sabotage myself with drowning my self with work and alcohol still went to the gym but went with the intention to maintain strength and not considering my health. Today Is my 41st birthday and back in November 1,2025 I decided I’m going to put my health 1st and the rest will follow .. so how does one celebrate his 41st birthday the best way I know how (SBD) squats,bench, deadlift, i maxed out with
Deadlift=545LB Squat=405LB Bench press=425LB total =1,375 pound club . The way I perform this was I gave myself 90 minutes to complete all 3 lifts this also including my warmup sets and re-racking and cleaning up after myself proper gym etiquette 101 personal challenge completed in 83 minutes. now the BAR has been set for age 42 . A whole new mission starts with the same goal in mind be better be healthier , I’ve been stronger witch is why I never posted a (PR) I’ve been faster but I’ve also been younger but one thing those past versions of myself never had besides that young man when he was 21 years old was determination focus and number one discipline. #dailyironpills #gymmonster #sbd #salinascalifornia #dawgfood taken in Salinas, California by @831muscle

If there is one thing I hate is seeing my kids have nothing to do when they don’t have school. Yard is already clean so meal prep for dad it is.. love my dom she’s always down to do something.
