Houston’s creative scene has a new infrastructure team, and it’s powered by brotherhood. 🤝🏽

Childhood friends Christian Lace (Myers) and Jonathan Turner built @8384szn from decades of shared experiences — music, basketball, life lessons, faith, and purpose. Now, they’re shaping a vision for a creative Houston that’s consistent, strategic, and sustainable.

From global artists like Leo BX to platforms like Spend the Night and 1v1, they’re proving that Houston already has the talent — it just needs the structure.

This is more than business.
This is alignment.
This is winning season.

If you don’t know @christianlace he’s the founder of @fishscale_1984 and cofounder of @8384szn , creative hubs here actually building infrastructure for Houston artists. Not just talking about it.

He came through with @jjtbus07 , cofounder and VP @8384szn. We’ve seen them out at the reset committee with Smackwater, at YTobechi’s R.A.P event, just consistently showing up for Houston artists in a real way.

What we vibed on most infrastructure built around the actual customer experience. Same thing we’re about here at Color Culture.

Big thanks to Christian and Jonathan for pulling up and checking us out.

Talent matters, but so does who you build with. 🎙️

Having a team that’s aligned with the vision and carries a winning mindset can change how far an artist goes. But the team can’t replace what makes the artist stand out. Your sound, identity, and ability to bring something different to the industry are what separate simply making music from creating something people recognize.
