Maybe God sees what you still cannot do and simply says,
'Come to Me'✝️

Our weakness doesn't surprise Him.
Our fears do not catch Him off guard.
Our limitations do not make Him reconsider His plans.💙

He already knew.

Sometimes the very thing we might want to overcome as quickly as possible, is the thing that keeps us close to Him. ✝️🔥

We don't need to become so perfect or strong that we no longer need Jesus.

We need to become more honest about how much we need Him. 🙏🏻

You're not failing because you still need Jesus.
Needing Jesus was always the point.💯

My weakness doesn't disqualify me. It reminds me where my strength comes from. 💪🏻

I keep thinking I need to 'try harder', when Jesus is asking me to trust deeper. 🙏🏻

I thought I needed to 'get it right'.
He invites me to surrender. ❤️

His plans do not depend on me 'getting it right'.

Very on point for me right now in this season 💯🙏🏻
I feel a bit like Abraham and Sarah when they received God's promise... And struggling, no... on a journey with God to surrender the 'but how'? 😅
I can definitely relate to what seems impossible and knowing God is still God🙏🏻💙

I'm realising that I'm outgrowing the prayer & request for God to bless 'my' plans.

And no, I cannot boast in anything except in Christ.🙏🏻
He is growing the desire to want what He is writing. Because He is good. He knows best. And His Way is truly better.

Repentance is not merely stopping a certain behaviour...
It begins when we allow and invite God to search our hearts ✅

To allow God's light and truth to shine into our darkness and blind spots.
It's not just about what we have 'done'...
But where our hearts have wandered.

Repentance is not TRYING HARDER.
It's acknowledging that you cannot do it on your own and choosing God again.
It's trusting God to do what we cannot do ourselves. ✝️
It's becoming HUMBLE before God.

Prayer & invitation🙏🏻
Search me, o God, and know my heart. Try me and know my thoughts. And see if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.

His love transforms us.

We don't want to be consumers of inspiration.
We want to become people of love.
His love (*1 Cor. 13)

1 John 13:35 says
By this all people will know you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.

Becoming people of love is not just about emotion or niceness.
In Scripture, it means being formed into the character of Christ -- so that His love becomes visible in our actions, relationships and attitudes.🔥
