Whipped orange around the block today after finishing steering. Shes came so far. Running really nice. Time to get it registered. #projecttruck #toyotapickup #4x4 #engineswap #offroad by @85pickup

After all this time and work we finally got to old orange running and I got to back her out the garage and drove her around the block a couple times. Truck sounds and is running so good and will sound better after the new exhaust I’ve got some leaks right now. It’s sick to be able to see it from the side after it being crammed in the garage for over 2 years. Got a couple things to address/finish up and then time to get a plate and hit the desert.

Got the rock lights, middle underglow, and license plate light on and bled the brakes. Still having trouble with getting the timing right but we fight again tomorrow. #toyotapickup #projecttruck #underglow #4x4 #rocklight by @85pickup

Idle is a little rough at 500 rpm gotta get her past 600 but god damn is it a crazy feeling to be to go into the garage and start it whenever I want to. All this hard work is finally paying off and it’s almost finished and I can drive it for the first time.
