Make this right @ebay On 6/29/2026, I sold a pair of Jarred PE Air Jordan 5s, size 17, through eBay. This is an extremely rare Player Exclusive pair, with likely only a handful of pairs in existence, making them essentially irreplaceable. The shoes were received and inspected by eBay on 7/1/2026. eBay authenticated the shoes and identified a condition issue during inspection. I understand and respect that process — that is exactly what the Authenticity Guarantee program is designed to do. The issue is that the shoes were returned to me in a condition that was drastically worse than the condition shown in my original listing photos and also worse than the condition shown in eBay’s own inspection photos from 7/1/2026. For clarity: Video 1: My original listing photos showing the condition of the shoes when they were sold. Video 2: The photos eBay provided from their inspection on 7/1/2026, showing the condition of the shoes while in eBay’s possession. Video 3: The condition of the shoes when they were returned to me. When I received the shoes back, the sole was separating, the midsoles had severe damage and cracking throughout, there was paint on the uppers, and there was paint transferred inside the box. This damage was not shown in my listing photos and was not shown in eBay’s inspection photos. This is a $1,200+ rare Player Exclusive pair that cannot simply be replaced. The returned condition has significantly destroyed the value of the shoes. I am asking @eBay to compare the full timeline, listing photos, inspection photos, and return-condition video, and to make this right. The evidence shows the shoes were returned to me in a condition that was not consistent with the condition documented before the return shipment. I’m requesting a fair resolution, including compensation for the loss in value caused by the damage that occurred after the shoes entered the Authenticity Guarantee process. *Ebay Has since denied any resolution to make this right and charged my card $1100 for the refund 👎 Please SHARE this and tag @ebay below! by @860_kicks
