Just picked up this 2 family in Worcester. Decided not to wholesale this property and do a fix and flip instead.

We normally prefer 3 units or more for our portfolio but still considering possibly keeping this as a rental. taken in Worcester, Massachusetts by @869homes

Recently Sold this duplex in Springfield, MA. Both buyer and seller pleased with the transaction. Inside is really nice and updated and the property just needs some TLC on the exterior. #869homes #wholesalingrealestate #flippingmassachusetts #flippingboston #wholesalehouses taken in Springfield, Massachusetts by @869homes

At 869 Homes we specialize in purchasing distressed properties. We then repair/renovate them and either keep them as rentals or sell them as flips. Hopefully we can get this property soon and start working on it immediately.

Just completed renovations on this rental unit. Definitely learned a lot about managing contractors during this process. Hopefully we’ll have this rented asap and get back to making a decent cashflow on this property!

Walking through this 3 unit mixed use property. The owners never did any work to this since they purchased it. I’ll never understand that logic but who cares. I’m here to figure out a solution.

Checking out this fully renovated 3 family with one of my buyers/partners. It’s always good to walkthrough with your most trusted buyers to get a feel for what their appetite is on certain deals, then negotiate with the seller using the information you would have gathered from your end buyer. Only if you can trust your buyer though.🤷🏾‍♂️

Completed a walkthrough of a single family home that’s on the edge of a lake. It should be a great fix and flip...stay tuned!

Walked through this 6 unit building today. Seller wanted to dump his portfolio as he just turned 80 and had a heart attack the other day. Hopefully we can make it work for both parties.
