Today I celebrate 40 years of life...but if you know me, you know I’ll always be 28 when it comes to living. I’ll forever choose adventure, good skincare, laughter, dancing to the best music, staying up talking until the sun threatens to come up, and believing there’s always another memory waiting to be made.The number may have changed, but my spirit never got the memo. 🤷🏽‍♀️I have learned that kindness is not weakness, and grace isn’t something you’re born with. It’s safe to say I’m all about good humor & a little spice when the moment calls for it. Some people only know the smile. Very few know the strength it takes to keep wearing it.Yet here I am...Still choosing to love hard. Still choosing understanding over revenge.Still believing honesty is attractive.Still believing character matters most. Forty doesn’t feel like an ending. It feels like freedom. Freedom to love without fear & protecting my peace without guilt.I am most certain that the most beautiful thing a woman can wear is authenticity & selflessness. What a way to kick off the summer! ☀️Over 100 amazing people came together for our Summer Kickoff Fish Fry, and the energy was everything we hoped for and more. This was a beautiful reminder of what community is all about.Thank YOU for showing up!
