Our pregnancy took an unexpected turn, and we learned that our baby boy couldn’t make it to full term.

There really aren’t words that can fully explain what it feels like to lose a child you’ve already dreamed about, prayed for, and imagined a whole life with.

Even though his time with us was incredibly short, he will always be our son and a part of our family.

We’re still grieving and learning how to move forward, so we may not always have the words or know what to say. But we wanted our family and friends to know what happened and to know that he existed, that he was deeply loved, and that he will always be remembered.

The morning of Monday, September 7th we said goodbye to our little boy, Ziggy. He had an amazing life, being born and raised in Hawaii then moved to the Bay Area. He watched TV with us, worked the shop, did warehouse work, attended sneaker shows, and partied with us through the morning. Ziggy was always down for whatever as long as it was with his loved ones! He was a small dog but had big dog mentality when it came to protecting his family. Our adventurous dog, enjoyed hiking, going to the beach, going on car rides and taking naps with us. He listened to our problem and celebrated our wins. He was our best little bud through it all! Ziggy always remember friends and family no matter how many months or years they’ve been apart. Easily the smartest dog that we’ve ever known. Ziggy was a huge part of our lives and we continue to miss him daily. Rest in paradise baby boy!
