Get out of your mind and into your heart, into your body.
A lot of beings talk about love. What it means to them, how it may be embodied to themselves and others, etc.

Is the love that you are talking about, holding onto, giving, etc. unconditional?
Is the love that you are embodying for yourself and the reflections around you unconditional?

Conditions can be looked as expectations that we place on ourselves and others. Limitations.

Most of us have an either conscious and/ or subconscious condition on ourselves and/or the others around us.
You are not obligated to anyone’s attention, energy, touch, etc.

What you put out, accept and place your energy into is what you get back.

Honor every aspect of you, feel your e(motions), embody, practice and have a good fucking time.

As We Unfold’ with @8ync.flo

Join your friends for an evening of visual art, live music, creativity, and togetherness as we gather for As We Unfold—a multidisciplinary exhibition celebrating transformation, self-expression, and the beauty of becoming.

:Flo: is a “multi-disciplinary” artist and visionary who channels raw emotion and presence to create. Treating “artistry” as a way of navigating through out life allows moments of creation to be a way to spread love and light through out the universe. Creating intentionally to express, inspire, heal and expand herself and the collective communities.

The Art exhibition is Free Admission. A Sip & Paint Ticket is required to participate in painting and includes your painting materials and begins at 7pm. Space is limited, so purchasing tickets in advance is encouraged.

This exhibition is presented with the help of @allmyfriendsareartistsnyc’s summer internship cohort - @tendanimusengwa @jasmin.shaniah @elleah.gipson
