Juilliard Drama Group 57 🖤

many shoulders i had 2 stand on to get 2 this moment, it took a mountain & so much consistent love from close ones/family. this really yalls win. I’d like to believe my passion & fire would take me here bc it always led me 2 believe in moments like this. even led me across the country, out of college w no where to go, just off the will to learn & master my craft & get better. What a blessing it is 2 just create and reflect the times. What a blessing it is 2 just have the opportunity to have a safe place to fail forward & learn because this world doesn’t allow that sometimes.

grateful 2 get my Masters & learn w some of the worlds greatest actors and artists.

shoutout 2 group 57 & the next 4 years. 🖤 taken in Harlem Renaissance by @99_abel

Skeleton Crew by Dominique Morisseau directed by Jammie Patton

Dez taught me that theres brilliance in surviving, 2 fight 4 what you deserve & 2 be relentess in that pursuit. I was blessed enough 2 not only live thru Dez, but 2 also shed light on the economic crisis of 2008 in Detroit in the auto industry. we did this show while another strike was going on 4 the same reason, 2 make a comfortable and sustainable living in this economy.

this show came at a difficult & surreal time in my life. this a show i’ve been wanting 2 do since i was 15, & doing this show on my birthday was more than a blessing but another confirmation. so shoutout 2 Detroit & all who made this show possible🖤 @acting_forever2020 @aniqueclements @jammiepatton, y’all were amazing & it was an honor 2 have y’all by my side. 🖤

@nicole_caroselli @mr_brightside15 4 being an amazing crew and team. 🖤
