@homegymcoop I hear you asked about mech6's stab pad recently! If you just want the retrofit bracket, JD has the files for it now. If you want the full thing, lmk and I'll send you his contact. Appreciation post for him making me a few things like this row handle meant to go around the stab pad and provide full ROM (which I promptly abuse tested with @beyondpowerofficial Voltra isokinetic mode) and the hammer curl/pushdown shown here. by @9mmsimp

First ever DEXA scan scheduled for the 16th, unfortunately with timing and their available dates I couldn't align it with the end of my cut, but, hopefully this is the lightest I'll be for decade. I want to hoard as much lean mass as I can. 29.9 inch @navel, 37 lbs cut since the beginning of this year. Now we build ALL of 2026, bulk until January and assess. by @9mmsimp
