A Porsche 914 reimagined in 1971 by Ben Heiderich and bodied by Frua.
Sharper, lower, more radical than Stuttgart ever dared.
Under the skin, a 2.4L flat-six with Carrera 906 internals, 225 hp.
Unveiled at Geneva ‘71, it stunned everyone, including Porsche themselves.
One prototype built. No production. Pure legend.
And sexy as f*ck . 🫦

906 ECLIPSE
It’s one thing to visualize an image… it’s another to actually make it happen… and this one turned out even better than we imagined.

A 1966 Porsche 906 Carrera 6, an astronaut, the August 12, 2026 total solar eclipse in Spain and only 66 seconds of totality to capture it all.

So many things had to align that day… not just the Sun and the Moon. And then, just before totality, the police showed up. For a moment, I really thought it was all going to be over before we even started. But somehow, everything worked out.

66 seconds to capture two angles. It sounds like plenty of time, but believe me, they went pretty fast. While the team repositioned the car, I made sure to take a few seconds to stop, look up, and take it all in. I didn’t want to be so focused on getting the photograph that I missed the experience itself.

As much as I love these photographs, what made this truly special was the people I got to share it with. The best vibes, incredible energy, lots of laughs, and an experience I’ll never forget.
