There are real dangers in this world that people don’t like to talk about children being abused, exploited, trafficked, and mistreated by people who hide behind money, power, and status. Sometimes the truth is covered up, ignored, or disguised as “systems,” “custody cases,” or “authority” while families are left confused and hurting.

Not everyone who smiles in public has good intentions.
Not every system that claims to “protect” is actually protecting.
And not every person with status is innocent.

This is why we must stay spiritually awake, alert, and connected.
Our children deserve safety, love, and protection from all forms of harm physical, spiritual, emotional, and energetic. When something feels wrong, our spirit knows. When something feels off, our intuition speaks.

I stand for every child who has ever been silenced.
I stand for every family fighting to protect their babies.
I stand against any system, any person, and any energy that tries to harm or take advantage of our children.

May the Most High, the ancestors, and divine protection watch over our kids.
May the truth always come to the light.

As godly women, we carry so much more than the world often sees or understands. This has been the hardest experience of my life. And yet, it’s one I chose. I allowed myself to feel the depth of this pain. I held space for the heartbreak, the disappointment, and the sacrifice.

I blamed myself for giving time and energy to the wrong people, for placing others’ needs and value above my own. I see now how that set me back. But still, I rise.

Even through all the pain losing loved ones, the emotional instability, growing a whole life inside me while everything around me was shifting I never stopped. I almost lost my own life bringing my daughter into this world. Through blood, tears, and a fight to survive, I gave birth through a C-section and found a strength in myself I didn’t know existed.

And for that I praise myself. I honor myself. I value myself more than ever before.

I also praise every woman who has gone through a C-section who has faced that fear, that pain, that recovery and still showed up as a mother, a warrior, and a light.

No matter what I’m still going through, I thank the high power for the blessing of another life. My daughter is a miracle. And I now walk forward with new boundaries, deeper love for myself, and a purpose that is rooted in truth.

To any woman reading this: what you carry is sacred. What you endure is powerful. Don’t ever forget your worth. by @9tefnut

This season of my life is sacred. I’ve been shedding layers of pain, of fear, of who I had to be just to survive. I’ve walked through fire, not to burn, but to be reborn. And now, I’m healing. Deeply, intentionally, and unapologetically.

I’m no longer entertaining energy that drains me. No more shrinking, no more doubting, no more carrying weights that were never mine to begin with. I’ve laid it all down the hurt, the anger, the guilt, the old stories and I’ve given it back to the earth.

Spiritually, I’ve been cleansing. Releasing karmic cycles, breaking generational patterns, and reclaiming my power. I’ve cried to my ancestors, I’ve prayed through my pain, and I’ve listened in silence to the whispers of my soul. And what I heard was clear: “It’s time to rise.”

So I’m rising into my divine feminine, into softness, into strength, into beauty that radiates from within. I’m stepping fully into the goddess I was born to be. A woman of light, love, and legacy. Everything that doesn’t align with that version of me can’t come with me.

This isn’t just a glow-up. It’s a spiritual elevation. A sacred transformation. I’m not who I was, and I will never be again. I’m at peace with the past, present in my healing, and in love with who I’m becoming. 🖤‼️☺️ #healingfromtrauma by @9tefnut
