Words are spirit and life. Words have the ability to make or mar, build up or pull down.
This work talks about how negative words said to children by their parents break their spirits. This often lead to low self esteem in the children: lack of belief in themselves, never feeling good enough to achieve anything or make moves in life and if not treated, can go ahead to affect the individual for a life time! Having very heavy negative effects on how they see themselves and even others!
There’s always a better way to correct someone under you or around you. You don’t have to break someone with your words even if it’s the truth! There’s always a better way, you just have to be more intentional.

Where it begins!
In deep thoughts.
In connecting the dots.
There’s always a back story! Just that not everyone gets to find that out!

Attended a workshop themed : SHAPESHIFTING NARRATIVES. When I saw the theme I was immediately hooked because I could relative from a personal standpoint.
I was blown away by how much value was in the workshop!! It was mind scratching in a very good way😁
I learnt to think of things very deeply, differently and from a point of wanting to be a bag of knowledge to others!
Met lovely people @oluchianaghoba (very beautiful,sweet and creative)
@artbymayowa_ ( fashionista, sweet and kind)
@olamilekan.akinsola_ (lovely mind! Expressive and bold)
@heis_danlight ( charismatic, intelligent, deep)
@omokeko (very expressive, unique, creative)
@tonyola_007 ( the convener of the amazing workshop!! A teacher ,Very kind, patient, soft spoken, an amazing curator with a very deep and unique mind! To say but a few)

It was an amazing time! And I’m already excited for the new works I’ll be creating because my mind is renewed!
