Dear Mercer,
I have a testimony ! I came in not knowing what to aspect. Now I’m leaving with a new perspective and a sense of growth. You’ve taught me how to face and overcome my challenges. I’ve learned how to walk through faith and put my trust in God. He walked with me and allowed me to see the finish line. Thank you for building character, giving me long life friends, and an education I can take with me and share through the rest of my days.

To my parents,
Words can’t even explain how much I owe y’all the world. Since day 1 of me learning how to say my ABC’s, y’all have poured endlessly in me to get me where I am today. Not only were y’all there to guide me, y’all was there to make sure I was ready for the real world. Y’all have showed me dedication, appreciation, patience, and hustle. No matter how hard it got, you never gave up on me and it pushed me not to give up on myself. I love y’all.

To my friends,
For someone who is the only child, you would think I’d be limited on who I can lean on or call my sister or brother. May I just say Mercer gave me an endless amount of them. Don’t we have us some stories to tell ! I know I was doing something right when I was at the bottom and could lean on y’all to help carry me through to reach back at the top. You know who you are and I can help but thank you for walking with through my journey while I could witness yours. Will forever be in my heart, love y’all !

To my mentor,
Girl I have to shout you out. You’ve seen me come in BEFORE day 1 and have been there through every step of the way possible. Even when you left, you was still there. Never thought you would’ve turned into a sister but it’s always a one call that’s all. Through all our meetups, checkups, and just meeting up to talk and vent, you don’t realize how much it really means to have the ability to do that. You gave us endless motivation, advice, education, help, and support. We 4L pooh, I love you!

Thank you Mercer, it has been real but now it’s sealed. As I walk this stage tomorrow, I know I am prepared to go out into this world with strength to chase my dreams
