As a new believer, you might find it hard to build up a constant prayer life and this can make you worried. Well i don’t want you to worry because it is part of the growth process. Even as “old” believers we struggle sometimes when it comes to prayer but what’s important is that we don’t stay in the struggle but rather look for ways to get out of it.

It is important that we be in a constant attitude of prayer, such that it becomes as natural as breathing because through prayer we draw on the power of the infinite God. Taking time to be in God’s presence is the best place to find strength to press on. In this video are ways which could help you in building a constant prayer life.

Some victories are loud, and others are quietly profound.

Some warm the heart, while others leave one utterly overwhelmed.

Some inspire a desire to climb to the rooftop and proclaim them to the world, while others are held close and treasured in silence.

This is one of those victories.

This is the victory I celebrate with great joy alongside my family, my friends, my loved ones, and everyone who has walked this journey with me. It has been awaited for so long that, even now, it still feels almost unreal.

My heart is full.

What was meant to be a brief journey became far longer than anyone anticipated. There were seasons of uncertainty, seasons of waiting, and moments when I wondered when this day would finally arrive. Yet through it all, God remained faithful. He kept His promises.

9 years later, a journey that once seemed endless has given way to a beautiful new chapter, and I am deeply grateful.

This is not mine alone. It is ours. Every prayer, every word of encouragement, every act of kindness, and every person who believed with me is woven into this testimony.

What does it mean to rest?

In as much as it is important to rest physically, it is also important to rest spiritually. To rest means letting go of everything to God, not minding the situation, whatever it may be and finding peace in God.

Rest works with conviction and confidence. It is knowing that the same peace which calmed the storm will calm your troubles. It is knowing that you’ve been endowed with eternal blessings and given the joy of God’s presence. It is knowing that in God alone you find protection. It is knowing and believing that your season will come.

There are a lot of promises God has made to us about rest in the Word. In Matt 11:28- “Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.”
Isaiah 26:3 says “You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you!”
Philippians 4:7 says “Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.”
