I had an hella experience, & love the environment, energy, and support that was given. I appreciate the credit & critique that was told me about my game and telling where to get better, by NBA player a Tyler Johnson & @jayant05. @ballislife sport drink 10/10 fasho, should’ve got a couple for the road lol 😂..

Started off my first five games in the one on one scene 2-3, not how I planned on starting my first five games. My last 3 losses came from some heavy hitters in the hoop space. I played in a few games now and I understand how this 1’s work. I’ll bounce back I just needed to get the feel of things. I understand it now. I will continue to accept any challenges or opportunities to play on any & other platforms. I love this shid Win or Lose, I love the back the forth and trolling online chirping, all that, that what makes this shid that much more entertaining, fun… anyways back to lab I go. 💯

P.S. Thank you the guys for keeping with my son out the way for the most part 💀🤣

⚠️TRIGGERING POST⚠️

I seen this message in my apartment gym the other day, & I broke down in the middle of my session cause of recent events I have been dealing with. The life I’m living in my head is not the same world that I walk. There’s multiple wars going on, Time moves faster than the time on the planet. The distance between home base and first base seem completely out the way, when it’s much closer in reality…

I want to start by saying YOU ARE ENOUGH ‼️ In recent times I’ve have learned that I Am Enough. I had went to the ER recently because I thought I was in control of when I ended this life, that God gave me. That week I stayed in there I understood that, This is my first time being a human, first time being a man, first time being a father… etc so I am going to make mistakes, I’m not going to get it right the first time. I’m still carrying dead weight of things that have died years ago that I need to let go of. I’m learning staying positive comes with understanding the importance of the life and understanding that is life. I have the will power to make it what I want it to be. I control who I want in my life & who I don’t want in my life. The energy I put out is the energy is the energy that’s going to be given back. I let my intrusive thoughts and impulsive actions get the best me. I forgot about the ones that would’ve been hurt. The people who depend on my life so they can have a life. I completely forgot this why I started @_13ody, BODY is about The 13 reason why you BETTER OFF DOING YOU. What that means is “do what makes you YOU, your self individuality, your self worth.”

I Thank God for showing me that I’m not bigger than his program and he controls when he wants me off this floating rock. I want to Thank the ones who have been fighting the mental battles with me. Mental health is a priority in MY LIFE, and everyone who’s been there YALL ARE THE ONES I STAY HERE FOR & ILL KEEP FIGHTING MY FIGHTS FOR CAUSE YALL MAKE ME FEEL LIKE LIFE IS WORTH LIVING ‼️🙏🏾

First off God keep giving me blessing with this orange ball. Great showing by my opponent, he got the best of me this game, I have to be better if I plan to be one the best in 1v1 space.
