The World We Forgot

Once, magic was not something found only in fairy tales

It lived beneath the rustling leaves of ancient forests, danced across moonlit rivers, and wandered freely through the world alongside humankind

Strange little creatures could be found among the trees
Ancient beings shared the land with humans
And magic was simply a part of life

For a time, there was no line between their world and ours

There was only one world

Until humans began to fear magic
Until they began to see magical beings as something they could own

So the creatures separated our world

Memories magically faded
Stories became nothing more than fairy tales
And the world that had once been so close slowly disappeared from human memory

But no separation is ever perfect

Sometimes, cracks appear between the worlds
Sometimes, someone finds a way through

And sometimes…

someone remembers

Landscape practiseeeeee- if im set on making more comics and bringing my oc world alive I NEED to get better with backgrounds🫡 believe me when I say I can cook yummy dinner on canvas with oil paint but digital landscape💀
The magical world also is called Eldary and the creatures who live there are called eldarian- my boyfriend had the honor to come up with the name and make a few creature wishes lol

The Elves

The Elves are a folk deeply connected to nature. To them, the natural world is not simply something that surrounds them — it is something they live alongside, listen to, and understand.

Their senses are far more developed than those of humans. They can notice the smallest changes in their surroundings, from subtle shifts in temperature to changes in the weather.

Their horns are especially sensitive to the world around them. Through them, Elves can sense changes in nature long before they become obvious — such as approaching storms, sudden changes in the air, or even the distant tremors of an earthquake.

Elves are also way taller than humankind. Most adult Elven women can reach heights of around 2 meters, while Elven men can grow as tall as 3 meters

But their connection to nature goes beyond simply sensing it.
