Two years ago, I started this adventure without imagining everything I would live, learn, and feel along the way. These two years have been full of memories, incredible people, good moments, difficult moments, and experiences that have changed me so much as a person.

I’m taking with me friendships, places, memories, and versions of myself that I would have never discovered if I hadn’t decided to live this experience. There were days when I missed home more than anything, and others when I never wanted this to end. And I guess that’s the beautiful part of all of this: growing, changing, and learning to feel that a place far from home can belong to you too.

Now that this last year is coming to an end, I can only feel grateful. Thank you to every person who has been part of this chapter and made these two years so special. I will never forget this entire experience ❤️ taken in Alexandria, Louisiana by @_4lex__zgz

I want to thank everyone who has been a part of this incredible experience. To my host family, thank you for welcoming and guiding me with so much love. To my friends, thank you for teaching me so much and putting up with me during my stressful days. I don’t know how to thank yall for everything you’ve done for me, but I hope we don’t become strangers and stay in touch. Thank you for being part of this experience, I wish you all the best in your lives and projects.❤️‍🩹 by @_4lex__zgz
